introducing a collaboration worth getting fired up about.

We’d like to formally announce that we’ve been up to a little whisky business.

This winter, settle in for our limited-edition collaboration with Larry Emdur’s internationally awarded The Ben Buckler Whisky.

At the centre of it all is our grass-fed O’Connor Rib-Eye, aged for four weeks with Ben Buckler Single Malt. The result? Deeper flavour, with subtle notes of oak, vanilla, caramel and spice. Finished over charcoal and whisky barrels, then served with a silky whisky sauce.

And because one whisky deserves another, pair it with The Fig Lebowski, Bar Manager Michal’s smooth mix of Ben Buckler Whisky and fig liqueur, made for a sweet finish.
