Join us for our first gin and pork dinner with Four Pillars
Four Pillars Gin pigs that have been feasting on the same botanicals that make up the famous Australian gin head to OTTO for a celebration of gin and pork.
Rare Breed Pure Black Berkshire pigs have been given the Jamon Iberico treatment by feasting on juniper, coriander seeds, cardamom, star anise, lavender, lemon myrtle from the Four Pillars distillery in the Yarra Valley. For one night only OTTO will create a menu inspired by the gin and their tasty pigs.
