OTTO meets Tanqueray this month for a special dinner by the waterside celebrating gin with bespoke menu & paired gin cocktails.

OTTO Bar Manager Lukas Hrdy has curated a Rockstar round of drinks focused on Tanqueray’s stable of gins, sweet and savoury infusions with a nod to local botanicals to dance alongside Richard Ptacnik’s gin botanical based menu.

Tanqueray is for Gin purists – it can be refreshing, cheeky or serious. A miniature line up of premium gins to suit every mood, London Dry Gin is a classic. Based on four botanicals it’s dry, savoury and floral; flexible enough to be built as a martini, as a mixer in a G&T with a fat wedge of lime or as the hero element for any number of cocktails. The distillery pushed the boat out in 2000 with the introduction of super premium grapefruit infused small batch Tanqueray 10. Rangpur and Sevilla are the house’s latest creations to join the family.

Lukas has had plenty of fun spending time experimenting with all four gins, as has Richard in the kitchen to bring guests a bespoke menu. Join us waterside at OTTO to enjoy the result.
