FAQs

How long is the experience?
Our Hens Party experience is designed to be enjoyed over two hours.
If you’d like to celebrate a little longer, a three-hour booking is available at $113 per person to include an additional hour of beverage service.

How many guests can I book for?
We welcome groups of 8–50 guests, making it just as suited to intimate gatherings as larger celebrations.

When is the package available?
The Hens Party Package is available throughout the year; however, it is not available on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays during December.

Is a deposit required?
Bookings for 8–13 guests require a credit card authorisation. For groups of 14 or more, a $50 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Our menu has been designed as a shared dining experience, and so isn’t able to be modified.
If your group has dietary requirements we’re not able to accommodate within the set menu, those guests are welcome to dine from our à la carte menu at listed prices.

Can we bring a cake?
Absolutely, you’re welcome to bring your own celebration cake. A cakeage fee of $8 per person applies.

Can we decorate our table?
Of course! We love a reason to celebrate. To maintain the OTTO experience, we ask that decorations remain elegant – think chic, not cheeky. Confetti, glitter, balloons, bunting, and novelty or explicit decorations aren’t permitted. Please note that flowers and personalised menus are not provided by OTTO.

Where will we be seated?
Your group will be seated in our main dining room or in one of our event spaces, pending availability on the day.
If you’d like to guarantee one of our spaces for a more private celebration, our team will be pleased to advise what is available on your preferred date.
Please note that minimum spend requirements apply to private and semi-private spaces, as outlined in our Event Pack.

What happens if our numbers change?
Final guest numbers are required 48 hours before your booking and will be the minimum number charged.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 per person fee.

Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
All credit, debit, and EFTPOS card payments will incur a variable surcharge.

The Hens Party package is offered at a special set price and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or special offers.
