Be it a special occasion and a bottle you have raided the cellar for, or simply your go-to drop, let OTTO sommeliers guide you and pair your wine with Head Chef Richard Ptacnik’s seasonal à la carte menu, from seafood pasta perfect with a Pinot Grigio, to dry-aged duck with your favourite Shiraz.
