Be it a special occasion and a bottle you have raided the cellar for, or simply your go-to drop, let OTTO sommeliers guide you and pair your wine with Head Chef Richard Ptacnik’s seasonal à la carte menu, from seafood pasta perfect with a Pinot Grigio, to dry-aged duck with your favourite Shiraz.
Available for all lunch and dinner services at OTTO this winter. Make a reservation and select BYO at OTTO in the booking process. Walk-ins welcome from the Wharf, subject to availability.

Available for all services until 31 October 2024: lunch, Wednesday to Sunday, and dinner, Wednesday to Saturday
Available on select services in November and December: lunch and dinner, Monday and Tuesday, dinner, Sunday
BYO wine and Champagne only, at one 750ml bottle per person.
$30 corkage fee per bottle.
Excludes Special Event Days and lunch on Tuesday 5 November.
