That is why OTTO is proud to offer a wide selection of curated menus and bespoke experiences for your end of year event, no matter what the shape or size. Celebrate with colleagues, business associates, friends or family with any of our flexible event options below.

CELEBRATE WITH BYO THIS FESTIVE SEASON
Enjoy catching up with friends, family or colleagues with BYO wine and champagne over our shared menu.  Three courses are served to share family style for $105 per person which includes corkage. Same waterside views, same delicious food but on this menu experience it can be enjoyed with a bottle of your own wine.  Minimum group of 8 persons or more.  The BYO menu is available lunch daily and dinner, Sunday through to Thursday.

COCKTAIL EVENT MENU
Hosting a corporate Christmas soiree? Spoil colleagues with a taste of the Italian coastline by hosting your event at OTTO. Our cocktail event menu provides a selection of canapé packages to match events of any size, style or occasion. Guests can select from an array of tempting Italian canapés and beverage options to enjoy in our stunning waterside setting.

OYSTER AND CHAMPAGNE MASTERCLASS
With sparkling season around the corner, is there a better way to wrap up the year than with two of the finest: oysters and champagne. The masterclass experience includes an oyster shucking demonstration and Charles Heidsieck champagne tasting with OTTO’s Executive Chef Richard Ptacknik and Fink’s wine director and award-winning sommelier, Amanda Yallop. The masterclass can be added on to all events.

WINE MASTERCLASS WITH AWARD-WINNING SOMMELIER AMANDA YALLOP
Looking for an extra experience to enhance your end of year event? Join internationally renowned sommelier Amanda Yallop on an educational and interactive journey through the world of wine. Glass by glass, Amanda will present a bespoke selection of matched wines as each course arrives to the table, complete with a short wine tasting and discussion of each drop. An educational but entertaining experience to offer your clients.

PASTA MASTERCLASS
Join us for the ultimate pasta affair where you can learn the secrets behind our award-winning pasta dishes. A fun, hands-on experience, the classes are a unique way to entertain clients or celebrate the festive season with friends ahead of a seated lunch or dinner. The class takes place in our waterside Terrazzo showcasing stunning harbour and city views and features lunch or dinner to savour over matching wines.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
Shake and spritz with our talented Bar Manager in our signature hands-on cocktail making class. The perfect way to celebrate Summer, you will learn to make three of Italy’s favourite cocktails. The masterclass includes an Italian aperitivo spread and three-course lunch with the option to BYO.
