OTTO Opens in South Bank

OTTO Brisbane has opened the doors to our new riverfront location at South Bank, housing OTTO Ristorante, OTTO Osteria and OTTO Events.

Taking inspiration from the regions of Italy and incredible Australian ingredients, OTTO will continue to be led by the talented Head Chef Will Cowper and General Manager Alan Hunter. Bringing authenticity and vibrancy to the Queensland dining scene, the food at OTTO is delicious and unashamedly simple – modern Italian celebrating regional produce and an award-winning wine list inspired by OTTO’s love for Italian varietals curated by Alan Hunter.

OTTO Ristorante will be ‘business as usual’ in its picturesque new home along the banks of the Brisbane River with a number of OTTO’s famous dishes making the journey across to the new location. Head Chef Will Cowper’s menu will be continue to be dictated by the season and the very best produce he can find from local producers, all inspired by Southern Italy.

OTTO OSTERIA
OTTO Osteria will embody aperitivo al fresco as the newest waterside bar at South Bank. A relaxed setting on the riverfront, OTTO Osteria guests can enjoy a casual bite to eat while taking in the view with small plates and wine list inspired by Northern Italy. OTTO Osteria welcomes walk-in guests – no reservations are taken.
