Celebrate this festive season in the heart of the Brisbane CBD with generous Italian fare and a spectacular Brisbane River backdrop. From curated menus to bespoke experiences, OTTO Brisbane offers a range of solutions for your end of year event, no matter what the shape or size. Celebrate with colleagues, business associates, friends or family with four of our favourite event options below.
Saturday BYO Lunch
Enjoy catching up with friends, family or colleagues over BYO Saturday lunch at OTTO. Three courses are served to share family style for $95 per person which includes corkage. Same stunning views, same delicious food but on this menu experience it can be enjoyed with a bottle of your own wine.
Personalised Menu by Will Cowper
For event hosts wanting to create a memorable dining experience for their guests, work with OTTO Head Chef Will Cowper to put together a personalised menu for your lunch or dinner. Sourcing the finest local ingredients and taking inspiration from the southern regions of Italy, allow Chef Will to truly tailor a menu to your taste and event.
Oyster Class on top of Brisbane
Add some Italian finesse to your end of year event with two of the finest: oysters and champagne. Head Chef Will Cowper teaches a hands-on oyster shucking class from the greatest vantage point in the city. Start your Italian fare with champagne upon arrival to enjoy as you take in the view from Customs House to the Story Bridge. Don your OTTO apron and roll up your sleeves as Chef Will takes you through a step-by-step guidance on how to shuck an oyster.
Sip into the festive season by joining award winning sommelier Alan Hunter for a private wine tasting and masterclass. Alan Hunter currently holds the title for Best Wine List in Australia, awarded for its celebration of Italian and Australian Italian wines. In our semi-private dining room, Alan will take you on a journey through Italy, with a selection of handpicked wines to match your menu. Guests can enjoy a journey through a region, such as Piedmont where they can try the best the terroir has to offer or rather a vertical tasting of a celebrated wine such as Barolo.
