~ Positions available ~
Section Waiter (20-35 hours per week – applicant dependent) Friday / Saturday night mandatory.
Bar Tender (15-20 hours per week) Required for Friday lunch & dinner service plus Saturday dinner service.

~ What we are looking for ~
Experience in the role working in a quality establishment
Strong knowledge of food, beverages and wine
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and organisational skills and sound decision making
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
