Cooking Instructions

This steak is best cooked to medium. Remove steak from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to cooking. Heat BBQ or fry pan to high heat. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, then repeat process for a further 1 minute on each side. Remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes on a wire rack. Season to taste. 

Storage Instructions

Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
