Cooking Instructions

This pork cutlet is best cooked to medium. Remove pork from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to cooking. Heat a fry pan to medium to high heat. Add a dash of olive oil to the pan. Cook the pork cutlet for 4 minutes on one side, and 3 minutes on the second side. Turn cutlet onto the fat edge and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or when crispy and golden. Rest for 5 minutes on a wire rack.

Storage Instructions

Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
