Beautifully fresh market fish fillet, topped with cherry tomatoes, chilli, garlic, white wine, olives, capers and shellfish stock, ready to be baked in parchment paper. 400G – serves two.

Cooking Instructions

Remove ingredients from fridge 30 min prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place baking paper on deep baking tray. Place fish fillet on right side of paper. Top fish with sauce then fold the left side of the paper back over the top. Fold or scrunch the sides together all the way around the fish to seal paper bag. Place into oven for 25 min, remove and rest for 5 min before serving. Serve directly from the tray or carefully place parcel onto a serving platter. Cut top of parcel open to reveal Pesce al Cartoccio. Please be cautious of steam coming from the bag when opening.
