This pasta pack includes fresh house made pasta and pasta sauce, ready to be cooked. Orecchiette are a pasta typical of Apulia, a region of Southern Italy. Their name comes from their shape, which resembles a small ear – perfect for scooping up our vibrant cavolo nero & pistacchio pesto.

Pasta – 280G
Sauce – 300G
Pasta – Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Sauce – Empty contents of the bag straight from refrigerator into a pan and heat. Toss through cooked pasta, and add a knob of butter if desired. Season to taste then top with grated grana padano should you wish.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
