Cooking Instructions

Remove fish from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to cooking. Heat a BBQ or fry pan to high heat. Add a dash of olive oil to the pan. Place fish in pan skin side down and cook for 3 minutes on high heat, then flip and cook for 1 minute on opposite side. Remove from pan and season to taste.

Storage Instructions

Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
