Cooking Instructions
Remove lamb from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to cooking. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Place lamb shoulder in packaging straight into the pot and simmer in water bath for 15 minutes to heat.
Storage Instructions
Store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days of purchase. Can be frozen.
