When do I need to order by?
OTTO a Casa orders need to be made 4 hours in advance of pick up. For example, if you would like to order for a 5pm pick up, please order by 1pm on the same day.
How far in advance can I order?
You can place your OTTO a Casa order up to 5 days in advance.
When can I pick up my order?
OTTO a Casa orders are available for pick up between 12pm and 6pm, Wednesday to Sunday. When placing your order select a desired pick up date and time upon checking out.
How do I pick up my order?
OTTO a Casa orders can be collected from OTTO Sydney, located at Area 8, 6 Cowper Wharf Road, Woolloomooloo, at your nominated pick up time. Alternatively, we can arrange curbside delivery at the end of Woolloomooloo wharf. Simply call us on 0401 298 609 when you are approaching the wharf, pull into the 5 minute parking in front of the taxi rank, and we will bring your order to your car.
Can I organise delivery?
OTTO a Casa orders can only be collected from OTTO Sydney. We can, however, arrange curbside delivery at the end of Woolloomooloo wharf. When you are approaching the wharf, please call us on 0401 298 609, pull into the 5 minute parking in front of the taxi rank, and we will bring your order to your car.
Where can I find cooking instructions?
The items you order will have heating and cooking instructions on the labels. They will also be located on our website beneath each dish.
Where can I find food storage information?
You are purchasing fresh food which will require refrigeration within an hour of collection. Details on shelf life of each product will be on each product for your information.
Do you have vegetarian and gluten free options?
Yes, we do! We have a number of vegetarian salads and pastas, plus gluten free desserts. Head to the search bar on the top right hand side of our homepage and search for ‘vegetarian’ or ‘gluten free’ to see what is available. You can also check our ingredients lists beneath each dish if you are unsure.
I have allergies, how do I check the ingredients of each dish?
You can find an ingredients list beneath each dish or item on our website. Simply click on your desired item, and scroll down to the ‘Ingredients’ tab. Please note that our kitchen prepares dishes containing gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
What is the maximum number of people I can order for?
You can order for as many guests as you like! However, if you are hosting a party and would like to cater for more than 10 guests, we recommend you call or email us – we may be able to accommodate larger portions of certain items.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
Please note, we require 24 hours’ notice in order to cancel an order and issue a refund. For example, if you placed an order for 12pm pick up on Thursday, the order must be cancelled by 12pm on Wednesday.
